JEFF YARBROUGH is a top-producing Realtor who, due to his clients' wide-spread geographic interests, has knowledge of all of Los Angeles' most desirable neighborhoods. Says Jeff: "I work from the mountains to the sea. I've listed and sold homes from Pasadena to the ocean, from Mt. Washington to Hancock Park, from the Sunset Strip and Beverly Hills to Marina Del Rey."
Jeff began his real estate career at the esteemed L.A. brokerage DBL, which was later acquired by Sotheby's (Jeff remained at Sotheby's for 2 years post-merger). Jeff has spent the last 19 years of his professional life at Keller Williams Beverly Hills, where he oversees the office's #1 luxury real estate team, Jeff Yarbrough Group (JYG). "Beverly Hills is the perfect location for me. It sits in the middle of my territory, says Jeff.. “I can get to Silver Lake or Santa Monica pretty quick."

In 2022, Jeff partnered with PLACE, a real estate technology and agent services company, not a brokerage itself. “They provide business infrastructure support and technology solutions to top-performing real estate teams internationally,” says Jeff, “regardless of brokerage affiliation.”
Jeff is one of the most sought-after speakers on luxury real estate in the country. He has appeared at KW’s national and international events like Family Reunion and Mega Agent Camp, at regional events like 2022’s Best of SoCal, Best of Hawaii, and in dozens of market centers around the U.S. He’s also been a mainstage speaker at PLACE’s national Built How conferences.
For Jeff, homes are not only about moving his clients around. “My personal passion is finding homes for people and animals.” Jeff chooses an animal advocacy charity annually and makes donations from every closing to that organization.
Jeff lives in West Hollywood and Palm Springs with his rescue Frenchie, Chi Chi, and has served on a number of WeHo Advisory Boards and Commissions at the request of current and former City Council members.
"I make it my business to find homes for everyone, both two and four-legged" Realtor Jeff Yarbrough says. “And it's not just dogs and cats - I've got one client who's moved her chicken around three or four times, which can be a challenge when dealing with animal codes and restrictions."
Aside from finding pet-friendly properties for clients, finding homes for homeless animals is a part of Jeff's after-hours endeavors. “I've offered the opportunity to animal rescue groups to host adoption fairs outside of pet-friendly buildings in which I've had listings. It's given the rescue visibility in some neighborhoods that they otherwise wouldn't have."
