Caitlyn McHugh brings nearly a decade of experience in television production and creative development to real estate, giving her a natural ability to manage complex projects, solve problems, communicate clearly, and keep clients informed from start to finish. Whether working with buyers or sellers, she focuses on each client’s individual goals and experience. “My focus is on my clients’ individual experiences and goals, and helping guide them through every step,” says Caitlyn. Originally from Massachusetts, Caitlyn grew up surrounded by historic neighborhoods and classic homes, developing an appreciation for a home’s history and potential. Since moving to Los Angeles, she has made exploring the city’s neighborhoods and micro-communities a personal passion. “Caitlyn brings a production background that makes her exceptionally organized and resourceful, but it’s her focus on the individual client that really sets her apart,” says Jeff Yarbrough. Outside of real estate, Caitlyn enjoys running throughout Los Angeles, camping, and exploring California’s mountain communities.
