He has since written for or collaborated with affiliates of FOX, Disney, Warner Brothers, NBC Universal, Cartoon Network, Nickelodeon, South Park, and The Simpsons, always exploring the theme of “home.” In 2020, David pivoted to real estate, bringing the same analytical approach and narrative insight to help buyers and sellers shape their next chapter. Known for empathy, strategy, and tireless dedication, he guides clients through transactions with care and expertise. “My role is to be your guide, strategist, and advisor.
