His dual background as an attorney and real estate professional has sharpened his focus on detail, strategy, and client service. “I’ve worked in all areas of real estate purchasing—commercial, residential, and income properties, from entry-level to very expensive,” says James. “Through doing this, you realize most of the client’s concerns are the same: ‘Is it a good investment?’ ‘Is it the right house?’ ‘Am I making the right decision?’ Those are the types of questions I’m answering every day.” A native New Yorker now living in Venice Beach, James combines East Coast discipline with West Coast perspective, offering his clients knowledgeable, steady guidance through the complexities of buying and selling real estate in Los Angeles.
